The heritage visit to Bangalore Palace on 05 December 2025 offered MBA 1st year students an enriching blend of historical insight and practical learning. Students explored the palace’s architectural beauty and gained exposure to heritage tourism management. The visit enhanced their understanding of branding, customer experience, and sustainable tourism while promoting experiential learning beyond the classroom.
The Talent Show was successfully organized to provide students with a vibrant platform to showcase their creative abilities and artistic talents. The event aimed to encourage self-expression, boost confidence, and celebrate the diverse skills of students across various disciplines.

The Department of Management at St. Francis College organized a workshop titled “Digital Marketing Tools and Trends for Future Entrepreneurs” on 10 March 2026 at the 6th Floor Seminar Hall from 10:45 AM to 12:45 PM for the students of Fourth Semester BBA (Regular) – Sections A & B.

AeroVision, conducted on 17 March 2026, was an engaging aviation-based event aimed at enhancing students’ understanding of the aviation industry through interactive learning and activities. The event encouraged critical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, and creativity while creating a dynamic and competitive environment that made learning about aviation both enjoyable and impactful.
The Department organized an Airport Simulation Activity on 14th August 2025 to provide students with practical exposure to the functioning of airport security and basic inflight safety procedures. The session aimed at bridging classroom learning with real-world applications in the aviation industry.
The Aptitude Simulation Programme, held on 12.08.2025, provided students with a practical testing experience to enhance their logical reasoning, quantitative aptitude, and problem-solving skills, preparing them for competitive exams and placement assessments.

The Department of MBA organized the Investiture Ceremony of the Zillionaires Club on 08 January 2026 at the 4th Floor Seminar Hall, St. Francis College, to formally install the newly elected office bearers for the academic year 2025–26. The ceremony included badge distribution, oath-taking, and faculty addresses, fostering leadership, responsibility, and teamwork among MBA students while strengthening student engagement and managerial competencies.
On-Field Marketing Diagnostics was conducted on 18 February 2026 to provide MBA students with practical exposure to real-world marketing practices. The activity enabled students to visit markets and retail outlets to observe marketing strategies, consumer behavior, and business practices, helping them bridge the gap between theoretical learning and practical application while enhancing analytical and teamwork skills.
