The Department of MBA successfully conducted a 5-Day Management Development Program on Research Design & Methodology – Tools & Techniques, equipping students with practical research and data analysis skills using SPSS and JAMOVI.The first four days of the workshop were expertly led by Dr. Manjunatha S., M.Phil., Ph.D., DSPCOR, Assistant Professor, Department of Economics, Government First Grade College, Magadi. His engaging sessions on research methodology and statistical analysis made the program an enriching learning experience for all participants.

The Department of MBA, St. Francis College, Bengaluru, under an IQAC initiative and organized by the Zillionnaires Club, successfully conducted the Business Case Study Challenge on 15 June 2026 at 2:00 PM in Room No. 503.The event provided MBA students with an opportunity to analyze real-world business cases, develop innovative solutions, and present their recommendations before a judging panel. On 19 February, the Aviatrix Club of the Department of Management organized AeroLocate, an engaging aviation-based activity for I BBA Aviation students. The event focused on identifying and marking key airport locations on a layout, enhancing practical understanding of airport operations. Conducted by Dr. Vandana N. Designed to simulate real-world investor pitching experiences, the event enables participants to present their business concepts before a panel of evaluators, fostering an entrepreneurial mindset and industry-ready confidence.The competition challenges students to identify market opportunities, conduct feasibility analysis, develop innovative business models, formulate revenue-generation strategies, and demonstrate financial viability. The Department of MBA organized the Investiture Ceremony of the Zillionaires Club on 08 January 2026 at the 4th Floor Seminar Hall, St. Francis College, to formally install the newly elected office bearers for the academic year 2025–26.
