The Department of Management (BBA & Aviation) organized a session titled “Runway to Success: Interview & Soft Skills for Aviation” on 15th April 2026 at the 6th Floor Seminar Hall. The session was conducted by Ms. Sharon Britto, Senior Accounts Executive at Tesco.

The session focused on enhancing students’ interview and communication skills essential for the aviation industry. Ms. Sharon engaged the students through interactive activities that helped build confidence and practical understanding. She guided students on how to introduce themselves effectively, present their strengths, and create a positive first impression during interviews.

The session also emphasized grooming, body language, and professional communication, making the students more interview-ready. All aviation students actively participated in the session and benefited from the hands-on approach and real-world insights shared by the speaker. Overall, the session was highly engaging and provided valuable learning for students aspiring to build careers in aviation.
