Management Development Program (MDP) 2026 - “Research Design and Research Methodology – Tools and Techniques.”

Day 1 – 07 July 2026

The Department of MBA, St. Francis College, Koramangala, Bengaluru, successfully inaugurated the Two-Day Management Development Programme (MDP) 2026 on 07 July 2026 on the theme "Research Methodology: Tools & Techniques" for II & IV Semester MBA students.

The programme commenced with an inspiring inaugural session, followed by an insightful expert talk and hands-on learning session by Dr. Nagaraju, Assistant Professor and IQAC Vertical Head, School of Management Studies, REVA University.

The session equipped students with practical research skills, analytical tools, and research methodologies essential for academic and professional excellence.

Day 2 – 08 July 2026

Continuing the Management Development Programme (MDP) 2026 on 08 July 2026, the Department of MBA, St. Francis College, Koramangala, Bengaluru, successfully conducted the second day of the programme under the theme "Research Methodology: Tools & Techniques."

The session was led by Dr. Maria Boaler, Assistant Professor, REVA University, who shared valuable insights into contemporary research tools and techniques. Through an engaging and interactive session, participants gained practical knowledge on research design, data collection, data analysis, and effective research practices.

The programme further strengthened students' understanding of research methodologies while enhancing their analytical, critical thinking, and academic research skills, preparing them for both higher studies and professional research endeavors.
