College provides the facility of Online Application for admission. College’s Rules & Regulations shall apply to all such transactions along with special conditions imposed for Internet based application.
The following terms and conditions will apply if you wish to use the college online application service. Please go through the conditions carefully. If you accept them, you are deemed to have agreed to the terms and conditions set forth below.
Terms and Conditions
Detailed instructions are given in the login page of the web payment as to the procedure to be followed in case of completed transaction and payment confirmation slip received and also failed transaction.
Please follow the instructions carefully.
- Once “Pay” option is selected you will be directed for payment through Net Banking or Debit / Credit Card.
- You can choose the desired payment option and proceed.
- Once the payment is successful, you will receive a Payment Confirmation Slip. Students must retain this for reference.
- If the payment is not successful, the system will display a payment failure status.
- In case of delay in system response and you have not provided card or banking details, you may restart the payment process.
- If card or Net Banking details were submitted but no response received, please check with your bank before attempting payment again.
- If your account is not debited, you may proceed with payment again and obtain confirmation.
In all cases, please note the Reference or Transaction Details for Net Banking or Card payments.
Cancellation / Refund Policy
There is no cancellation option for end users once payment is made.
In case of duplicate payment, Parent / Student must approach the Admin Office with proof of the transaction or bank statement. Refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days. The payment gateway will forward the request to the issuing bank, which may take an additional 8–15 working days depending on bank policies.
IMPORTANT: By submitting a payment through the online payment site, you agree to these terms and conditions as applicable from time to time.
