5 Days Management Development Programme Organized By Department of Management

 

The Department successfully organized a five-day Management Development Programme (MDP) from 23rd to 26th March 2026, aimed at enhancing leadership, communication, and team management skills among participants. The programme commenced with an inaugural session by Prof. Sreevidya Subramanyam, who emphasized the significance of leadership in modern organizations.

Each day featured expert sessions focusing on key managerial competencies. Mr. Kadri Pethi highlighted the impact of storytelling in effective leadership, while Ms. Rani Srinivas provided insights into building and managing high-performing teams. Dr. Manjunatha S delivered an engaging session on leading teams towards organizational excellence, integrating digital and motivational perspectives. The programme concluded with Ms. Madhuri V Rao’s session on conflict management and strengthening team relationships.

The MDP was highly interactive, incorporating practical examples and real-world applications, enabling participants to develop a deeper understanding of managerial roles. Overall, the programme was a valuable learning experience, equipping attendees with essential skills required for professional growth and effective leadership in dynamic organizational environments.
