The Corporate Intrapreneurship Hackathon was organized by the Department of MBA, St. Francis College, Bengaluru, under an IQAC initiative to promote innovation, entrepreneurial thinking, and practical problem-solving among II Semester MBA (Sections A & B) students. The event provided a platform for students to think like corporate entrepreneurs by identifying business challenges and developing innovative, value-driven solutions.

Students participated in teams of six and were assigned a company along with a real-world business problem statement. Each team brainstormed ideas, analyzed the challenge, and proposed creative and feasible solutions, which were presented through a structured PowerPoint presentation within a 15-minute time slot.

The hackathon enhanced students' critical thinking, teamwork, business analysis, decision-making, communication, and presentation skills while encouraging them to apply management concepts in practical business scenarios. The event concluded with the evaluation of all presentations, and the winning team was recognized with a Certificate of Merit for their outstanding performance and innovative approach.
