Pre-Placement Training Series – Grooming Etiquettes & Interview Preparation The Department of Training & Placements, in association with the Department of MCA, conducted a two-day Pre-Placement Training Series for final-year MCA students. The sessions focused on professional grooming, interview etiquette, communication skills, body language, and the complete interview process, equipping students with the confidence and skills required for successful campus placements.

Mock Interview for Final Year MCA Students 2026

The Department of Training & Placements, in association with the Department of MCA, organized a Mock Interview on 18 June 2026. The session was conducted as a one-day pre-placement activity with the objective of preparing final-year MCA students for upcoming campus recruitment drives.

MBA Internship Drive 2024-26 Organised by Dept of Training and Placements

The Department of Training & Placements, Successfully conducted the Internship Drive for MBA 2024–26 batch students on 29th May 2026 at the Seminar Hall. The drive witnessed the enthusiastic participation of nearly 60 MBA students, providing opportunities to interact with recruiters and explore diverse internship roles across business domains.

TCS Pool Campus Drive 2026

St. Francis College successfully hosted a Campus Placement Pool Drive in collaboration with TCS, in association with Magic Bus, on 27th April 2026. The event brought together nearly 90 enthusiastic participants from various colleges, creating a vibrant and competitive platform for aspiring candidates to showcase their skills and potential.

The Department of Training & Placements successfully organized a campus recruitment drive for undergraduate and postgraduate students from Commerce and Management in collaboration with Snap2Insight on 23/03/2026. Accenture Pool Campus Drive

The Accenture Pool Campus Drive for Content Moderator was held on 16.02.2026, aiming to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations. The drive attracted 161 students from various institutions, including St. Francis College and AMC Bengaluru and Seshadripuram College.

Campus Drive by Northstar Academy for UG Students

Northstar Academy visited the college on 14th July 2025 to conduct on-campus interviews as part of the ongoing placement drive, providing students with an opportunity to explore career prospects and showcase their skills.
