MBA Internship Drive 2024-26 Organised by Dept of Training and Placements

The Department of Training & Placements, under St. Francis College, successfully conducted the Internship Drive for MBA 2024–26 batch students on 29th May 2026 at the Seminar Hall. The drive witnessed the enthusiastic participation of nearly 60 MBA students, providing them with valuable opportunities to interact with recruiters and explore diverse internship roles across key business domains. Students were given maximum of 3 Interviews to participate. The event was organized to bridge Soft Skill learning with industry exposure and prepare students for the evolving corporate environment.

The internship drive hosted reputed recruitment partners including Magic Bus, SIB Solutions, Layam, Inland World Logistics, Northstar Academy, and Talent Hunt Management. These organizations offered internship opportunities across varied specializations such as Project Management, Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, Quality Management, Market Research, Auditing, Recruitment Operations, and Business Development. Specific requirements included analytical and research capabilities, communication and presentation skills, HR process knowledge, market trend analysis, data interpretation, and auditing competencies, enabling students to explore roles aligned with their academic specialization and career aspirations. Based on company requirements, students were evaluated for positions such as Market Research Intern, HR Intern, Auditor, and other strategic business support roles.

The event served as a significant platform for students to gain first-hand exposure to recruitment processes, understand employer expectations, and strengthen their professional readiness. Through direct interaction with industry experts, students enhanced their confidence, interview preparedness, and practical understanding of corporate standards. The successful conduct of the internship drive reflects the institution’s continued commitment to empowering students with meaningful industry connections and career-building opportunities, further strengthening the placement ecosystem at St. Francis College.
