The Department of Training & Placements organized a Campus Recruitment Drive for Ezy Ventures to provide MCA students with opportunities to secure employment in IT and technology-related roles. The drive aimed to connect students with industry recruiters while offering them exposure to real-world recruitment practices, industry expectations, and career opportunities in the software development domain.

The recruitment process was designed to assess candidates through multiple evaluation stages, focusing on technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and professional competencies. The Technical Interview evaluated students on core computer science subjects, including C Programming, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Java, Python, Web Development, and Database Management Systems (DBMS). Candidates who qualified for the next stage attended the HR Interview, where they were assessed on self-introduction, academic projects, internship experiences, communication skills, career aspirations, and overall professional attitude.

A total of 16 students participated in the recruitment drive for the roles of Java Developer and Python Developer. The campus drive provided students with valuable exposure to an actual corporate recruitment process, enabling them to understand industry standards, technical evaluations, and HR interview expectations. At the time of reporting, the selection results were awaited.

The recruitment drive served as an important learning experience by helping students evaluate their technical competencies, communication skills, and interview preparedness. It also highlighted the importance of strengthening programming fundamentals, practical coding skills, and professional communication to improve employability and successfully transition from academic learning to careers in the IT industry.
