Campus Drive by Snap2Insight 2026

     

     

The Department of Training & Placements successfully organized a campus recruitment drive for undergraduate and postgraduate students from Commerce and Management in collaboration with Snap2Insight on 23/03/2026. The initiative aimed to provide students with an opportunity to demonstrate their skills in a real-world corporate environment. The event commenced with a formal welcome ceremony, during which the Director extended a warm greeting to the HR team from Snap2Insight. Following the welcome, an aptitude test was conducted for all registered candidates. Based on their performance, 6 students were shortlisted for further evaluation. Two rounds of interviews were conducted on the same day, culminating in the selection of 3 students for the position of Analyst. This drive not only marked a significant milestone for the selected students but also reinforced the college's commitment to bridging academia and industry through meaningful placement opportunities.

The recruitment process was well-structured and provided students with valuable exposure to industry expectations and hiring standards. The HR representatives from Snap2Insight also interacted with the students, offering insights into corporate culture, required skill sets, and career growth opportunities within the organization. Their feedback helped students better understand areas of improvement and align themselves with industry requirements.

The drive witnessed active participation from students, showcasing enthusiasm, professionalism, and preparedness throughout the process. The coordination between the placement team and the organizing committee ensured the smooth execution of all activities, from registration to final selection. The selected students demonstrated strong analytical abilities, communication skills, and confidence during the interview rounds.

Additionally, the event served as a learning platform for all participants, enabling them to gain firsthand experience of the recruitment process, including aptitude evaluation and technical as well as HR interviews. Such initiatives play a crucial role in enhancing students’ employability skills and preparing them for future career opportunities.
