INIZIO ’26 – Mega Job Fair - Where Careers Begin Organized by: Department of Training & Placements

The Department of Training & Placements, St. Francis College, Bengaluru, successfully organized INIZIO’26 – Mega Job Fair 2026 on 26 September 2026, bringing together students, recruiters, industry partners, and academic institutions on a common platform to foster meaningful career opportunities and strengthen industry–academia interaction.

The event was graced by Mr. Maju Jacob, Guest of Honour, whose presence and valuable insights added significance to the occasion and inspired students as they explored opportunities for their professional journey.

Powered by Young Indians (Yi), Bengaluru Chapter, and co-powered by 1M1B and Magic Bus, INIZIO’26 witnessed the participation of 20 companies representing diverse sectors, industries, and career functions. Among the participating organizations were IndiGo, 24/7.ai, Digitide, Muthoot Finance, K12 Techno Services Pvt. Ltd., and other reputed organizations offering a wide range of career opportunities.

The job fair brought together 150 students from 17 colleges across Bengaluru and surrounding areas, creating a vibrant platform for talent discovery, career exploration, and direct interaction between students and industry professionals. Participants had the opportunity to engage with recruiters, attend interviews and recruitment processes, understand industry expectations, showcase their skills, and explore potential career pathways.

INIZIO’26 served as a significant platform for students to connect with prospective employers and gain valuable exposure to the evolving expectations of the professional world. The event facilitated meaningful connections between emerging talent and organizations seeking skilled, motivated, and industry-ready candidates.
