Key Objectives, Responsibilities, and Functions of R&I- Cell:
• Setting Research and Innovation Goals:Define and communicate the college's research and innovation objectives.
• Project Review and Approval:Review and approve research and innovation projects proposed by students and faculty.
• Resource Allocation:Allocate and manage resources, including budgets and facilities, for research and innovation efforts.
• Faculty &Student Involvement:Encourage and support Faculty and student participation in research and innovation projects.
• Policy Development:Develop and recommend policies related to research and innovation, including ethics and intellectual property.
• Promotion of a Research Culture:Organize seminars, workshops, and events to promote research and innovation within the college.
• Collaboration with External Partners:Foster collaboration with external partners, such as universities, research institutions, and industry contacts.
• Progress Evaluation and Reporting:Regularly assess the progress of research and innovation initiatives and report to senior college management and stakeholders.
• Budgeting and Financial Planning:Ensure that the committee's activities are aligned with St. Francis College's available financial resources.
