Mr. Keerthy P., Assistant Professor, Department of Kannada, has participated as a chief guest for Kannada Yugadi-Kathaa Sangama, organized by Sapna Book House, Gandhinagara, Bengaluru, on March 23, 2024.

Mr. Keerthy P., Assistant Professor, Department of Kannada, has been awarded the 'KUVEMPU YUVBA KAVI AWARD' by Kannada Sangharsha Samiti, Bengaluru, on January 31, 2024.

Mr. Keerthy P., Assistant Professor, Department of Kannada, has been awarded the 'BHAVADANI ANIKETANA AWARD' by Bhavadani trust, MES College, Malleswaram, Bengaluru, on September 21, 2023.

Keerthy P (SURYAKEERTHY) participated as a poet in the World Famous Mysuru Dasara Poetry Festival on September 30, 2022.
