1. To monitor grievances other than sexual harassment complaints, by students of the college.
2. The grievance cell will ensure the timely resolution of the complaints reviewed,
3. The SGRC shall send its report with recommendation, if any, to the competent authority of the institution concerning a day copy thereof to the aggrieved student, preferably within a period of 15 working days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
4. In considering the grievances SGRC shall follow the principles of natural justice.
5. Students can register their complaint through the online portal or submit a written directory to the principal/ coordinator.
