Objectives of the Activity : A session was organized in collaboration withWomen’s Cell and Health Clubby Rainbow Hospital to all female Degree Studentsat4th floor seminar hall. The main objective was to educate all girl students and female faculties about the illness and treatment related to Women’s health.

About the Session : The session startedat 02:30 PM with welcome address and guest introduction. The speaker of the day was Dr.Gaana Sreenivas,a renowned gynecologist at Rainbow Hospital, Bannerghatta Road started the session with introduction about health and well-being. Later speaker started talking about the various illness and diseases that women may encounterat different ages.She emphasized on various habits, lifestyle changes and diet that every woman must consider in inculcating for their wellness and health and in combating such diseases and illness. Health problems related to women such as PCOD, menstrual difficulties, contraceptive side effects were discussed by the doctor. She also spoke about the importance of personal hygiene and Paap smear test that one must go through in order to keep the health check.

Followed by this a lot of questions and doubts were asked by the students and staff which were answered and cleared by the Doctor with utmost information and simpler form that all who were gathered could understand.

Then the session was concluded by highlighting the importance of health and well-being of women in making a family and a society as a whole along with the need of keeping a health check on a regular basis. Session ended with vote of thanks.
