Objective: The main objective of this event is to provide insights to students to help them understand the demands of the industry when it comes to behaviour and personality requirements.

Outcome: The Session was interactive and fruitful for the students. It provided them with a reality check as to where they stand and where they need to improve.

Report or Overall Summary: Guest Lecture started at 9: 00 AM. At first, the guest was welcomed by the MC followed by an introduction of the resource person. Further, the speaker continued the session by explaining about the real – world requirements and the necessities of today when it comes to personality requirements and behavioural display in a professional work environment. He also discussed case studies and cited various examples of the importance of having a strong and effective personality. Finally, the speaker emphasised on what the industry standards are as of today. The session was very fruitful and ended with a question-and-answer session. Activity was conducted Offline. Activity was conducted for BBA Regular (A and B Section) IV semester students.
