Report or Overall Summary:

The NCC unit of St. Francis College, Koramangala, celebrated World Environment Day on June 5, 2025, at St. Francis College, Koramangala. A rally was conducted to raise awareness about environmental conservation. NCC cadets actively participated, holding banners and chanting slogans promoting eco-friendly practices. The rally emphasized the importance of protecting nature and inspired the community to take collective action for a greener future.

After the rally, cadets gathered for an oath-taking ceremony where they pledged to uphold environmental values and actively contribute to sustainable practices. Following this, the NCC cadets presented 40 saplings, which they had prepared at home, to the faculty members for further care of the saplings. This thoughtful gesture symbolized growth, sustainability, and the enduring bond between students and teachers.
