Objective of Metanoia 2025
• To provide a dynamic platform for students from various institutions to showcase their managerial and communication skills.
• To encourage critical thinking, innovation, and strategic acumen among budding business professionals.
• To foster intercollegiate collaboration and competitive spirit through well-structured business events.
• To create experiential learning opportunities that bridge academic theories with practical application

Execution
• The fest featured 11 meticulously curated events ranging from business quizzes and debates to case analysis, marketing simulation, and HR role plays.
• A total of 83 participants registered from various institutions across the city and nearby districts.
• The event was coordinated by the MBA Department faculty and student council with seamless planning and execution.
• Activities were conducted in multiple venues within the college premises with designated coordinators for each event.
• The presence of eminent guests and the enthusiastic participation of students contributed to the fest's success.
• Judges and moderators for each event were industry professionals and academic experts ensuring high evaluation standards.

Brief Summary
Metanoia 2025 stood as a testament to the collaborative spirit and academic vigor of St. Francis College. The diverse range of business communication and management events tested participants' analytical, interpersonal, and decision- making skills. The insightful addresses by Dr. Narayani Ramachandran and Ms. Prathiba Patil added tremendous value, inspiring students to pursue excellence in their future endeavors. New Horizon College bagged the overall Championship Trophy for the Year 2025, With successful participation and positive feedback, Metanoia 2025 achieved its goal of becoming a distinguished platform for aspiring business leaders.
