The COVID-19 pandemic has led to a dramatic loss of human life worldwide and presents an unprecedented challenge to public health, food systems and the world of work. The economic and social disruption caused by the pandemic is devastating: tens of millions of people are at risk of falling into extreme poverty, while the number of undernourished people.

We must rethink the future of our environment and tackle the situations responsibly with ambition and urgency. Only then can we protect the health, livelihoods, food security, education and future of all people, and ensure that our ‘new normal’ is a better one.

 As vaccines are rolled out, health systems strengthening must continue to address the COVID-19 pandemic, and to anticipate and respond to future crises. St. Francis College in all its initiatives has given maximum effort to see it tackles and give response to situation like this in a positive and systematic way. Institutional Social Responsibility (ISR) of St Francis College had organised a ‘TWO DAY VACCINATION DRIVE’ on 27th and 29th october 2021 and for students and Staff with the concern and as part of social responsibility to protect students and staff from CORONA Virus. below are the details of Vaccination.

Vaccination for Staff and Students
Total number of students vaccinated: 250
Total number of staff vaccinated: 11
TOTAL 261

Conclusion: students and staff who have not got vaccinated in this day program, some were infected with Corona virus, others have got vaccinated from outside before this Vaccination Drive.
