TEAM 1: DHARMATEJA AND TEAM
Case given was Coca-Cola collaborates with app Annie. They have explained That coco cola has not only grown as a beverage brand but also become technically advanced with its modern and innovation strategies.

TEAM 2: MANOJ. N AND TEAM
Case assigned wasZomato new deep discounting strategy. They have explained the main reason for the launch of the Zomato gold which was a subscription based premium program to curb the losses occurred for Zomato on 2016.We have observed that the presentation could have been more interesting and engaging.

TEAM 3: POOJA AND TEAM
Case handed was Raymond’s experiments with khadi. They have explained what efforts Raymond took to include khadi in their products. Some of the key highlights of the presentation was the promotions by Raymond’s for khadi inclusions and its future.

TEAM 4: SWATHI AND TEAM
Case given was Chemo manufacture which focused on explaining why Chemco failed eventhough they have quality product in the industry and they explained the case with connections Nokia and genalmotors all over it was extremely good.

TEAM 5: AKSHAY AND TEAM
Case allotted was Nakamura lacquer company. The team has explained about the long- and short-term company goals. They have also explained the company criteria related to profit Maximization, short term returns. Risk and flexibility. Overall, it was an educative explanation.

TEAM 6: PREETHI AND TEAM
Case assigned was Trap ease the big cheese of mousetrap which focus on explaining why the company failed even though they have a good product and communication and body language was totally good.

TEAM 7: SYED AND TEAM
Case assigned was why Tata Nano failed in Indian markets. Some of the main mistakes is being highlighted by team members like Marketing mistakes, Engine issues and how its tagline “least expensive car” turned against its own sales.Overall, very good presentation and very detailed explanation.

TEAM 8: REVAN AND TEAM
Case was Satyam computers. They have explained about what went wrong with Satyam computers and the factors that led to the downfall of the company also what we can learn from its failures. Overall, the presentation was extraordinary. They have not only explained about the company they have explained how some things can be adopted in our lives like It is not wise to assume that person is honest simply because he is vocal about good things and a person has to be good consistently and it’s not onetime thing. These are the learnings for our lives. So, the presentation consisted of both marketing and moral values.

TEAM 9: MANJUNATH AND TEAM
Case given was Maggi which showed how Maggiovercame their barriers even after they banned from industry and they have presented well.

First Place: SWATHI AND TEAM.
Second Place: DHARMATEJA AND POOJA TEAM
Over all the event was successful with all the participant’s coordination and it focused on helping students to analyze the case and to bring in new strategy.
