St. Francis College Bangalore, is a Minority Christian College, managed by the Franciscan Brothers, and is nurtured by the principles of moral uprightness, social responsibility and pursuit for excellence. The college is secular in outlook wherein students of all religions, caste and community are treated at par. The college aims not only at academics but also the holistic development of the students.

With a view to support students in building their career we organised a Job Fair –Resourcegenic -2022 in association with Know your Skills on 10th & 11th September 2022
Approximately 350 students registered & 30 industries have participated including Code Young ,Goodworks Lab & HSBC participated in Job Fair

On 10th September 2022 registration of the students was started by 9.00 am, and also companies started reporting by the time. A list of companies and its requirement and room allocated was displayed in help desk. So that students can identify their choice of company and proceed to the assigned class room

Inauguration

At 10:00 o’clock, inauguration function was started. Dignitaries from Legislative Assembly and management of the college facilitate the stage

During Inaugural Ceremony, Principal Dr. RN Subbarao addresses the gathering and welcomed all the guest and participants. Sri Ramalinga Reddy (MLA) Inaugurated the event and appreciated college for taking up the initiative during Speech

Director Bro. Antony and Bro. Peter was also present for the same .Ms.Smitha Koshy Event Coordinator introduced the Chief Guest and Ms.Shrunga Faculty from Commerce Dept .expressed the Vote of thanks.

Selection Process
College have provided all facilities to the corporates for conducting their recruitment process. The process of recruitment was varying industries to corporates and their policy , most the HR FROM various companies have followed all their process like written test, Group Discussion, face to face Interviews etc.

Closing Ceremony
During closing Ceremony , we felicitated some of the students grabbed the offer letters and the highest package offered was 12 LPA.
