Objectives of the Event : The main objective of the guest lecture was to establish a corporate connection with the students and executives and was a way to enrich our students with the latest update and requirements of the industries.
How was the event Executed? The activity was executed via online Zoom meetings at 3.00 pm and the communications regarding the same were made in advance to the students. The students joined the session and the activity was started under the guidance of event in charge. The session ended at 4.30 pm with the vote of thanks and post activity feedback was taken from students.
Level of Achievement : Satisfactory/ Non-Satisfactory - Satisfactory.
Key Highlight : The guest lecture focused on the competencies and skills that a person must develop to focus on leadership and its styles, KSA framework, core competencies of management, managerial competencies, multicultural competency and VUCA leadership and principles of strategic leadership.
Recommendations (if any) : We can organize such corporate lectures in future to establish good relation with corporate industries which may be helpful in future to develop knowledge, skills and positive attitude amongst students.
