Department of Commerce,ST.Francis college, organized a Guest Lecture on “Campus to Corporate” on 28th June 2022, 4th Floor Seminar hall between 10.45am-11.45am. for only B.com final year ( Regular) studentsGuest speaker for the day was Mr. Sandip Ghorai IBS Group-chief manager ( Karnataka & Goa)has about 14 years of total Experience in training students on Personality Development .

The focus of the lecture was on improving the communication skills of the students in order to prepare them for job interviews. Various parameters like basic introduction, body language, positive attitude, interactive skills and the level of confidence were taken care of by the speaker and groomed students on situation analysis and decision-making skills.

It was nice learning experience for students and they thoroughly enjoyed the session and Speaker involved the students in various group activities on decision making by give them a case study.
