Discussed about general mental health concerns and different positive coping mechanisms we can adopt during Covid. It was an interactive session and all participants were actively participated. Overall the webinar proved to be a success.

Learning Outcome
• Increased the importance of mental health during covid 19 among students and family
• Participants got awareness about different positive coping mechanisms and positive attitude towards life
• Participants cleared doubts about corona virus and vaccination
