Objective :
• To ensure the students get exposure to speak out in a creative way like an RJ
• To build confidence of students to showcase their talent on a different platform

Outcome :
• All the students who participated got to know how an RJ actually speaks and they enjoy listing to others speak.
• Many students got identified and proved their skills.

Event Rules :
• An individual event.
• Time limit is 2+1 minute.
• Students from any streams can participate.
• The best three will be awarded with trophies and certificates.

The Department of Journalism and Cultural Committee in association with RED FM 93.5 organized a Radio Jockey Competition for all the students on 25th of January which was from 2:30 onwards All the students were very excited for the event. There were 24 participants who participated in the event. The competition began at 2:45 after addressing the gathering later all the students were called out according to the list. Each one of them who participated had a very creative idea and spoke on different topics. At the end of the event the judges short listed the 14 of them for the next which would be conducted by RED FM 93.5 on 2nd of January, 2023.

The 2nd of January 2023, RED FM 93.5 and Style UP conducted RJ and Best style up student’s contest, totally 30 students attended, out of which 10 were selected for the final rounds. It’s an opportunity for the students to showcase communication skills and fashion style together on the stage.
