:ST. FRANCIS COLLEGE :

The birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabbhai Patel is being celebrated across the country as “Rashtriya Ekta Diwas”. It is a special occasion to foster and reinforce our dedication to preserve and strengthen the unity, integrity and security of our nation.

St. Francis Institutions NCC sub unit celebrated National unity Day on 31st October 2022 by conducting various activities such as 2km Unity Run, Skit on Unity, March past by Contingent and Pledge taking.

The program started with a 2km Run at 7am, from school main entrance to degree college entrance which covers 2.2KM, all cadets successfully completed unity run at 07:18 hrs and assembled in school ground for further activities. St. Francis Degree cadets performed a skit on unity, later Contingent performed March past to show the unity amongst the cadets in various drill movements. All the cadets, ANO, PI Staffs and other teaching staff of institutions have taken pledge.

35 SDs, 22 SWs, 23 JDs, 11 JWs, 3 ANOs and 2 PI Staff were present in the program.

Bro. Antony Principal of St. Francis School, ICSE and Director of St. Francis College, Koramangala motivated and told the importance of being united through his speech. All the 3 ANOs and 2 PI Staff were present and actively participated throughout the program.
