Objective : The main objective of this programme was “to create an awareness about benefits of NCC and to develop patriotism and motivate the cadets to join the army to serve the nation”.
Outcome : Cadets have understood various benefits of joining NCC, also their role as a cadet and get motivated to nurture themselves for the better future.
The event was conducted to all cadets of St. Francis College. The event was coordinated by the NCC committee. There were a total of 40 cadets, 1 PI Staff, 5 Teaching staff and 1 ANO were present in the program.
The event started with NCC Flag hoisting by chief guest Dr. K Vamsi Krishna IPS, Commandant, 1st Battalion KSRP, Bengaluru. He has enlightened cadets about the importance of being active in daily life, physical fitness to achieve success in any activities and punctuality.
Honorarium has been awarded to the cadets who have successfully attended centrally organised camps in the previous training year. Ranks were conferred to the cadets of St. Francis College for the academic year 2022-23.
