On 23rd August 2023, our organization successfully conducted a Management Development Program (MDP) titled "Research Methodology: Tools and Techniques." The program aimed to equip participants with a comprehensive understanding of research methodologies, enabling them to conduct high-quality research in their respective fields. Event Overview: The MDP spanned a duration of one day and was structured to provide participants with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills related to research methodologies. The program featured a diverse range of sessions, interactive discussions, hands-on exercises, and case studies, all designed to enhance participants' research capabilities and generate new ideas.. Key Objectives: The MDP had several key objectives: Understanding Research Paradigms: Participants were introduced to different research paradigms, including positivist, interpretivist, and mixed-method approaches, allowing them to select the most suitable approach for their research. Research Design and Planning: The program focused on the significance of research design and planning, covering topics such as problem formulation, research questions, hypotheses, and variables. Data Collection Techniques: Various data collection techniques, including surveys, interviews, observations, and secondary data analysis, were discussed in detail. Participants gained insights into selecting the appropriate method based on their research objectives.
