As a part Quality Assurance an awareness programme on HR policy and HRMS programme had conducted for all the staffs of St. Francis College

Objectives of the Program:
To get acquaint with HR policy and HRMS

Purpose:
To create awareness about St. Francis College’s HR policy and the features of HRMS.

Dr. Soniya K. IQAC Asst. Co-Ordinator welcomed the gathering, followed by Br. Sayimon, Director introduced the guests and talked about the importance of the programme to the staffs. Br. Mathew- Administrator, Dr. Subba Rao- Principal, Ms. Sameera Fernandes- Director Strategic Planning also attended the session.
Ms. Bindu Prince, HR and Accounts Head briefed the HR policies of St. Francis college on punching timings, leave rules etc.
Mr. Thomas Chacko, iConneXions had explained the features available in the HRMS to the staff. Demonstration of how to create the profile, calculation of TDS and filling up of Form 12B.

Outcome:
All the staffs understood the HR policies of the college and usage of HRMS.
