The Department of Economics has organized a competition, Contemporary Art on Economic Indicators. The participants were asked to paint or sketch about the Economic Indicators like GST, Tax, Money, Inflation rate, Currency Notes, etc. It was an individual event where the participants had time of one hour to show up their talent. This competition was open to all the Departments. Students from various stream had turned up to this event. It was hosted by Surega Suresh from 4th semester B.A, President of Economics Club and coordinated by other office bearers of the club. The judges of the event were Ms. Jewel George, Department of Journalism and Ms. Rabiya, Department of Interior Design and Decoration. Overall, the event turned out to be successful and it was a good platform for the students to showcase their talents and come up with their creativity.
