The Commerce Club - Unicorn Squad Organised an Event called KAHUNA -The Best Manager. Ms. Andrea Thomas and Ms. Nikhitha S Thomas from the department of Commerce were the faculty coordinates. Sindhuja from V semester B.Com (A&F), Sindhu Mishra from III semester B. Com and Vidhan from I B. Com (LSCM) were the student coordinators for the event. The objective of conducting the event was to develop and inculcate the skills of leadership, team management and communication among students. 37 students registered for the event and 34 students were present on the day of the event. The event had 5 rounds.

Round 1: Aptitude Round
The first round of the event was on 11/01/2023 (Wednesday). 37 students registered for the
event and 34 showed up on the day of the event. In the first round, three sets of questions
were included, that is 15 GK Questions(15m), 1 sudoku(5m), and 1 Crossword(10m). The
participants had to finish all 3 sets of questions in 25 minutes. The total score was 30 marks.
Out of 34 Participants, 15 were shortlisted for the 2nd round.
Round 2: Deposition Round
Round 2 was a Deposition Round were the 15 participants (managers) were given a case that
happened in their company and the managers had to defend their company, they had to
convince the advocate, and have a out of court settlement. Best 10 managers were qualified
or the next round. The judges for this round were Mr. Alan Job Jose and Ms. Priyanka. The

negotiate, you will be given a chance. Just wait for it.
