Overview

The two-year, full-time MBA (Dual Specialization) at St. Francis College is approved by the AICTE and affiliated with Dr. Manmohan Singh Bengaluru City University. The program is designed to develop future-ready business leaders by integrating core management principles with the flexibility to specialize in two distinct domains. This unique structure produces versatile graduates who are highly employable across industries, functions, and geographies—prepared for leadership roles in banking, consulting, technology, manufacturing, retail, healthcare, and beyond.
Dual Specializations
Students may choose any two specializations from the following six areas:

  • Finance – Builds expertise in investment management and financial risk, leading to careers in banking, financial services, and consulting firms.
  • Marketing – Covers brand strategy, consumer behavior, and digital marketing, ideal for roles in brand management, sales leadership, and digital growth.
  • Human Resource Management – Develops talent acquisition and performance management skills for positions such as HR business partner and organizational development lead.
  • Business Analytics – Teaches data modeling and actionable insights, preparing graduates for roles as business analysts and analytics consultants.
  • Entrepreneurship & Startups – Equips students with venture creation and funding knowledge for careers as startup founders or innovation managers.
  • Production & Operations Management – Focuses on supply chain and lean operations, opening opportunities in manufacturing, logistics, and operations management.

Curriculum Highlights

Eligibility for Admission

Eligibility for admission:
• Candidates must have completed a Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
• A minimum of 50% aggregate marks (45% for candidates belonging to SC/ST/CAT-1 only for Karnataka Students) is required.
• Candidates must have qualified in any national/state-level management entrance exam (e.g., KMAT / PGCET / CAT / MAT / CMAT / AIMA). In Case, if you have missed to write any of these entrance exams, kindly contact college admin office for further guidance.
• Final-year students awaiting results may also apply, subject to submission of proof of qualifying degree at the time of admission.
