The Staff Welfare & Staff Grievance Redressal Cell aims to achieve the following objectives:

  • To provide a structured platform for staff members to express concerns and grievances
  • To ensure prompt, fair, and confidential redressal of staff-related issues
  • To promote staff welfare through initiatives such as recreational activities, faculty induction programs, and awareness sessions
  • To support staff during health-related issues and ensure institutional assistance where required
  • To organize awareness programs on grievance procedures, code of conduct, and institutional policies
  • To strengthen communication and coordination between staff and management
  • To maintain proper documentation of grievances and submit reports to the management
