The Staff Welfare & Staff Grievance Redressal Cell aims to achieve the following objectives:
- To provide a structured platform for staff members to express concerns and grievances
- To ensure prompt, fair, and confidential redressal of staff-related issues
- To promote staff welfare through initiatives such as recreational activities, faculty induction programs, and awareness sessions
- To support staff during health-related issues and ensure institutional assistance where required
- To organize awareness programs on grievance procedures, code of conduct, and institutional policies
- To strengthen communication and coordination between staff and management
- To maintain proper documentation of grievances and submit reports to the management
