- Encourage faculty to collaborate with industry for research, consultancy, and case study development.
- Organize Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) with industry experts.

- Support students and faculty in establishing startups through incubation facilities.

6. Continuous Monitoring & Improvement
- Conduct regular review meetings to assess the effectiveness of industry collaborations.
- Gather feedback from industry partners, students, and faculty for continuous improvement.
- Ensure that industry collaborations align with the college’s mission and long-term goals.
