  • Conduct pre-placement training sessions, soft skills workshops, and industry-relevant certifications.
  • Organize career guidance sessions and industry expert talks for career progression.

3. Faculty Development

  • Encourage faculty to collaborate with industry for research, consultancy, and case study development.
  • Organize Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) with industry experts.
  • Support faculty internships and industry training programs for skill enhancement.

4. Research & Innovation

  • Promote industry-sponsored research projects and encourage faculty-student participation.

  • Support students and faculty in establishing startups through incubation facilities.

  • Conduct regular review meetings to assess the effectiveness of industry collaborations.
  • Gather feedback from industry partners, students, and faculty for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure that industry collaborations align with the college’s mission and long-term goals.
