Web Development Competition Organized by the Department of MCA

The Department of MCA Tech Titans Club, in association with IQAC, successfully organized WEBCRAFT 2026 – Web Development Challenge on 17 June 2026 at Room No. 602 for First and Second Year MCA students. The one-day competition aimed to strengthen students' practical web development skills by providing a platform to design innovative and industry-relevant web applications.

A total of 32 students, grouped into eight teams, participated enthusiastically in the challenge. Each team developed a web application based on real-world problem statements using modern web technologies and AI-assisted development tools. The competition encouraged creativity, innovation, teamwork, critical thinking, and effective problem-solving while enabling students to apply their classroom learning in a practical environment.

At the end of the development session, every team presented its project before the evaluation panel. The projects were assessed based on innovation, functionality, user interface, technical implementation, usability, and presentation skills. The event concluded with the announcement of winners, certificate distribution, and a Vote of Thanks.

WEBCRAFT 2026 served as an excellent learning platform, enhancing students' technical competence, collaboration, confidence, and readiness for hackathons, technical competitions, and industry-oriented software development projects.
