Team Building Activity conducted M.Com

 

 

On 25th September 2025, a team-building activity was conducted for a group of 8 M. Com students with the objective of enhancing collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills among participants.

The main objective is to improve coordination, trust, and mutual respect among team members while encouraging active participation and problem-solving skills. It also aims to develop leadership qualities, boost morale, and foster a sense of belonging within the group.

The expected outcome of team-building activities is improved communication, better teamwork, and increased efficiency in achieving common goals. Participants become more confident, cooperative, and motivated to contribute to the team’s success. Overall, such activities lead to a cohesive team that works effectively, handles challenges efficiently, and maintains a supportive and engaging atmosphere in the organization.
