TB Free India – Awareness Program (Tuberculosis) Organized by Department of MCA

The Department of MCA organized a Tuberculosis (TB) Awareness Session on 3rd July 2026 at the 6th Floor Seminar Hall.

The session was conducted by Ms. Uma Rai in the presence of Ms. Savitha, Nurse and Student Wellness Cell Coordinator. The resource person explained the causes, symptoms, transmission, diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of TB, while highlighting the importance of early detection, treatment adherence, and government initiatives such as NTEP, DOTS, and the Nikshay Programme. Students actively participated by asking questions and interacting with the speaker. The session successfully enhanced awareness and encouraged students to contribute towards the vision of a TB-Free India.
