Commerce Success Summit 2026

 

A Career Guidance Program was organized for college students with the objective of enhancing career awareness, building confidence, and providing exposure to professional opportunities in commerce and finance.

The program began with a General Welcome by the Master of Ceremonies, followed by a Welcome Address by Ms. Shalin Samuel, Assistant Professor, SFC. A Prayer Song by the SFC Choir set a positive tone for the event. The Principal’s Address by Dr. R. N. Subba Rao motivated students to proactively plan their careers and develop essential professional skills.

The Keynote Address (Session 1) on “Confidence Building” by Mr. Ramesh Balasubramanian offered real-world insights and practical guidance, inspiring students to build self-confidence and professional readiness. The Director’s Address by Dr. Bro. Titus Anto emphasized holistic development and lifelong learning.

The Technical Sessions included “Making Accounting Easy” by Ms. Leena (Mylogic), which simplified complex accounting concepts, and “Mastery of Calculator” by Mr. Kaustub Prakash Puthran, a practical session that enhanced students’ computational skills and exam efficiency.

A Prize Distribution ceremony was conducted to encourage student engagement. The Career Guidance Session by CA Vinod and an ACCA Representative provided detailed information on professional courses, eligibility criteria, and career prospects in accounting and finance. The program concluded with a Vote of Thanks.
