Store Visit to Home Centre, Oasis Mall | PRISM Club

 

Semester 4 and 6 students participated in a store visit to Home Centre to study retail interiors and visual merchandising. The visit provided practical exposure to furniture layouts, home textiles, and decorative accessories across various departments like living, bedroom, and dining. Students observed space planning techniques, color coordination, and current market trends in home interiors.

They also gained insights into retail environment design, including customer circulation patterns and display strategies used to enhance the customer experience. By analyzing real-time practical applications, students broadened their understanding of contemporary interior retail practices and the role of accessories in enhancing interior spaces.
