INTERIOR DESIGN COURSE EXPERIENCE – DEPARTMMENT PROMOTION STALL

                                                              

                                                                                       

The B.Sc Interior Design and Decoration (IDD) Department, through the PRISM Club in association with IQAC, proudly participated in the college fest Carnivalesque by setting up a student work display stall titled “Interior Design Course Experience.” The primary objective of the stall was to promote the B.Sc IDD course, showcase students’ creative projects, and provide a practical learning platform for exhibition planning and event management. The activity also aimed to create awareness among students about Interior Design as a promising career opportunity. The stall was conceptualized, planned, executed led by Ar. Rabiyathul Basriya K.M, Assistant Professor. Preparatory work included curating students’ design projects, arranging the display layout, and coordinating logistics to ensure a visually engaging and interactive experience for the visitors. The allocated budget of Rs.10,000 was efficiently utilized to enhance the stall’s appeal and functionality. On the day of the fest, the stall witnessed an overwhelming response from students and faculty alike. Visitors actively participated in the display activities, providing feedback and engaging in discussions about the showcased projects. The team ensured smooth execution of all planned activities, with each member demonstrating exemplary teamwork, coordination, and professionalism. The event successfully achieved its objectives by promoting the course, enhancing students’ practical skills, and fostering interest in Interior Design careers. The positive feedback from participants and the high level of engagement reflected the success of the initiative. The event not only celebrated student creativity but also strengthened the department’s visibility and reputation within the college community
