Investiture Ceremony Organized By Department of Science – BSc. PJC and IDD

 

                                                 

The Department of Science – Psychology (PJC) organized the Investiture Ceremony of the Sathva Club titled "Leading with Purpose, Serving with Integrity" on 23 July 2026 at 2:30 PM in the 4th Floor Seminar Hall. The ceremony marked the formal induction of the newly nominated office bearers of the Sathva Club for the academic year 2026–2027, symbolizing the beginning of a new chapter of student leadership and service.

The programme commenced with an invocation, followed by a welcome address by the Faculty Coordinator, who highlighted the significance of student leadership in fostering responsibility, collaboration, and personal growth. The inaugural session emphasized the importance of active participation in co-curricular activities and community engagement as integral components of holistic education. Students were encouraged to embrace leadership opportunities with confidence, integrity, and a commitment to serving others.

During the ceremony, the names of the newly nominated office bearers were announced, and the students were formally invested with their

respective roles and responsibilities. The office bearers included the President, Vice-President, Secretary, Joint Secretary, Treasurer, Event Coordinators, and other designated members of the Sathva Club. Each student accepted the responsibility with enthusiasm and pledged to uphold the vision and values of the club while contributing meaningfully to its objectives.

The faculty coordinators congratulated the newly appointed leaders and emphasized the qualities of ethical leadership, accountability, teamwork, empathy, and effective communication. They encouraged the office bearers to work collectively in organizing initiatives that promote mental health awareness, student well-being, social responsibility, and community engagement. The ceremony also acknowledged the dedication and valuable contributions of the outgoing office bearers and active members whose efforts had strengthened the club's activities during the previous academic year.

The event concluded with a vote of thanks, expressing sincere gratitude to the management, faculty members, student coordinators, and participants for their support and presence. The Investiture Ceremony served as an inspiring platform that reinforced the spirit of leadership, responsibility, and service, while laying a strong foundation for a productive and impactful year of activities under the leadership of the newly appointed Sathva Club office bearers.
