Heritage Visit Organized for M.Com students

 

 

A heritage visit was organized for M.Com students on 5th December 2025 to Bangalore Palace with the objective of providing cultural exposure and enhancing students’ understanding of historical architecture and heritage management. The visit aimed to connect academic learning with real-world insights into tourism, preservation practices, and the economic significance of heritage sites.

During the visit, students explored the architectural grandeur, design elements, and historical background of the palace. They observed the management of tourist activities, ticketing systems, and maintenance of the site. The visit also offered insights into how heritage sites contribute to local economy and tourism development.
