INITIUM – UNICORN SQUAD Investiture Ceremony 26’

 

                                                 

                                                                          

The Investiture Ceremony of the Commerce Club – Unicorn Squad 2026–27, titled “INITIUM – Leading with Purpose, Inspiring with Passion,” was successfully conducted on 12 August 2026 at the Heritage Hall, St. Francis College, Bengaluru, as an IQAC initiative of the Department of Commerce.

The ceremony marked the formal induction of the new leadership team of the Unicorn Squad and celebrated the spirit of student leadership, responsibility and collaborative excellence. The programme commenced with a warm welcome, followed by the prayer and ceremonial green inauguration in the presence of the dignitaries. The welcome address was delivered by Dr. Deepa, setting the tone for an inspiring and purposeful celebration.

The gathering was further addressed by the Principal, Dr. R. N. Subba Rao, who encouraged the student leaders to embrace their responsibilities with commitment and integrity. A glimpse video of the Unicorn Squad showcased the club’s journey, achievements and vibrant activities, followed by the unveiling of the club trophy and the announcement of the points table, reflecting the competitive and participative spirit fostered among students.

The highlight of the ceremony was the installation of the Unicorn Squad office bearers, formally entrusting them with their respective leadership responsibilities. This was followed by the Office Bearers’ Oath, administered by Rev. Bro. Dr. Titus Anto, Director, symbolising their commitment to uphold the values and vision of the club. Following the oath, the core members of the Unicorn Squad were also formally installed, marking their induction into the club’s leadership and operational team.

The Director’s address by Rev. Bro. Dr. Titus Anto emphasised purposeful leadership, teamwork and the importance of creating meaningful impact through student initiatives. The ceremony concluded with a Vote of Thanks delivered by the Club President, followed by the National Anthem.

The Investiture Ceremony served not merely as a formal transition of leadership, but as the beginning of a new chapter for the Unicorn Squad 2026–27—one committed to leading with purpose, inspiring with passion, and transforming ideas into impactful action.
