Golden Argonaut – Intra-College Treasure Hunt Contest

 

The Department of Economics under the Arthashastra Club successfully organized an intra-college treasure hunt competition titled “Golden Argonaut – The Navigator’s Secret” on 13 February 2026 at the Quadrangle. 

The event began at 2:30 PM with the briefing of rules and instructions to the participants. Students registered through the QR code provided in the poster and formed teams before the start of the competition. 

Participants were given the first clue at the starting point, after which they navigated across different locations within the college campus solving riddles, decoding hints, and identifying landmarks. Each clue led to another location, testing students’ logical reasoning, observation skills, and presence of mind. 

The hunt created excitement and enthusiasm across the campus as teams rushed to solve puzzles and reach the final treasure. The activity required cooperation, communication, and strategic thinking within the team members. 

The event concluded successfully with participants locating the final treasure. Winners were awarded cash prizes up to ₹1500. Faculty members appreciated the enthusiasm, coordination, and active involvement of the students. 

The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Dhyan, expressing gratitude to the judges, participants, and organizing committee for their support.

 Overall, the “Golden Argonaut – The Navigator’s Secret” treasure hunt was a successful, exciting, and engaging event, providing an excellent platform for students to showcase their teamwork, problem-solving abilities, observation skills, and presence of mind
