National Multilingual Conference on Emerging Trends in Language, Literature and Culture

St. Francis College, Koramangala, Bengaluru, in collaboration with the People’s Research Association (PRA), successfully organized a National Multilingual Conference on the theme “Emerging Trends in Language, Literature and Culture” on February 6, 2026.

The chief guests of the conference included Dr. Manmohan Singh and Prof. Ramesh B., the Honorable Vice-Chancellor of Bengaluru City University. They shared their insights on recent trends in art, literature, and culture, and discussed the changes taking place in these fields.

The keynote speakers of the conference were Prof. Ratnakar Mallamule, Professor of Kannada at Kannur University; Prof. Sree Keerthi, Professor of English at Bangalore University; and Dr. Lata Chauhan, Professor of Hindi. They delivered insightful and informative lectures on the theme.

The conference was presided over by Bro. Dr. Titus Anto, Director of St. Francis College. The Principal, Dr. R. N. Subbarao, along with the conference coordinators Dr. R. M. Santosh Kumar, Mr. Satish Kumar, and Dr. Latif Ahmed, and faculty members from various departments, were present on the occasion.
