To encourage the students to unlock there creative and create unique art with skill
To develop their mind to create new design with limited materials

Outcome:
Develop new innovation with material knowledge in interiors
Implication of new ideas in decor elements of interior

Report:
The department of Interior design and decoration organized an interactive event “DIY Art” for all semester Interior design and decoration students on 20 September 2024 at 11:45 to 12:45 in room 401 & 402. The students had to create art work with materials like Jute rope, Glass bottle, Cardboard, Woolen thread, Newspaper or Tissue paper etc. with the concept of Do it yourself.
students were learnt the use and importance of making a create composed model out of different eco-friendly and used materials in their models. Also, everyone created their own style of unique art work with these materials and the students enjoyed the event till the end.
