Best Manager organized by the Unicorn Squad

 

 

 

The Best Manager event was organized by the Unicorn Squad of St. Francis College, Bengaluru, with the aim of identifying and nurturing managerial talent among students. The event provided a competitive platform for participants to demonstrate their analytical, communication, and leadership skills in a structured and practical environment. The event comprised of three rounds. 

The first round was an aptitude test which tested logical reasoning, quantitative aptitude, and analytical thinking.  Based on performance, the top 10 participants were shortlisted.

The second round was a Case Study Presentation & Discussion. Participants analyzed and presented solutions to a business case.  This round evaluated problem-solving ability, communication and presentation skills, and managerial approach.  

The final round was a Stress Interview which helped to assess emotional stability, decision-making under pressure, and confidence.  Participants demonstrated resilience and adaptability.

Chethan G of IV Semester B.Com ‘A’ emerged as the winner of the Best Manager event, displaying exceptional managerial skills and confidence.
