Overview
The Mentor–Mentee system is designed to support the academic, personal, and professional development of students.
The program is conducted every semester. Participation is mandatory for all UG and PG students.
Each session provides a platform for open interaction between faculty mentors and students.
Activities and Process
During each session:
Mentors interact with students to discuss:
- Academic performance
- Career growth opportunities
- Personal and academic challenges
- Student well-being and concerns
- Mentors help students:
- Identify difficulties
- Find suitable solutions
- Build confidence and clarity in their goals
After the session:
- Mentors prepare and maintain a report for each student/group
- Continuous follow-up is done to track student progress and improvement
- Guidance is provided for future academic and career planning.
