Overview
The Electoral Literacy Club (ELC) at St. Francis College, Bengaluru, is a student-focused initiative aimed at promoting electoral awareness, civic responsibility and informed participation among students. The club provides opportunities for students to understand the electoral process, democratic values, voting rights and their role as responsible citizens.
