Objectives of the activity:
1) To enhance students on skills required for Higher education/ employability.
2) To boost up the students to be self-motivated and self-monitored which are the most required qualities demanded by pandemic situation.
3) To construct higher initiative level among the students.

Execution Procedure/Details: Class Room Lecture by the Guest Speaker with the use of presentation aids followed by Question and Answer session.

Programme outcome: Outcome of the program was satisfactory. Students were very happy and effectively utilized the opportunity. Students were equipped with knowledge on how to prepare to make themselves future ready and what really makes difference in them to stand out from that of the competitors and gave them clarity on the importance of being self-motivated and self-monitored.

Brief Summary: Programme started with welcome to the gathering by Ms. Reshme Warrior, Student of V Sem. B.Com Honours followed by address by Dr. Subba Rao, Principal and Guest speakers introduction by Ms. Vanishree, Student of V Sem. B.Com Honours.

Program was presided by Prof. Thyagaraj (external person accompanied by guest speaker), Dr. Subba Roa (Principal), Mr. Santhosh V (Head of the Department of Commerce), Ms. Shrunga Arasagalli Manjunath and Mr. Vishlesh K H (Program Coordinators).

Further the Guest Speaker took over the session and delivered a lecture on the topic “Mastering Yourself is the true power” in which he tried enhancing personality of the students and motivated them through his wise, practical and experienced insights which benefited the students in gaining ideas on how to carry out with preparations to be future ready. Few interesting live examples were given to keep the students motivated followed by a question answer session.

Students feedback was taken and the program ended with vote of thanks by Ms. Arshiya, Student of V Sem. B.Com Honours.
